Our large vegetable garden is set to the rear of our property. In this oasis of calm, we grow our own organic vegetables and soft fruit using biodynamic methods.
An ancient grapevine climbs around the front door providing delicious sweet black grapes in the autumn. We have a number of different fruit trees in our field which are again maintained using biodynamic methods. |
We have our own very friendly free-range chickens who provide us on a daily basis with wonderful fresh eggs.
Wherever possible, we serve freshly picked / dug home grown produce.
Throughout the summer and autumn months, we harvest the excess fruit and vegetables to make our own conserves, jellies and chutney. |
