Dinner
We provide optional home-cooked three course evening meals, including wine, followed by tea or coffee. We aim to provide healthy and wholesome food with a regional flair. We cater for vegetarians and any other special dietary requirements.
All of our ingredients are fresh, purchased to order and sourced locally. Our menus are therefore very seasonal and vary according to the produce available at the time of year. |
Local produce that our guests can sample during their stay with us, include:
- Barousse valley cheese, purchased direct from the producer in Sost;
- home-made patés and charcuterie from a farmer in the neighbouring Nistos valley;
- lamb, pork and beef purchased direct from local farmers;
- freshwater trout caught on the day.
